Electronic tombstone tester for professional applications

  • For testing the stability of tombstones in accordance with VSG 4.7
  • Ideal for the documented certification of specialist stone-cutter companies
  • Internal memory for up to 500 measurements - ideal for serial measurements where the data is then transferred to a PC (in combination with the optional AFH FAST software)
  • Rechargeable battery with long operating time (significantly more than 8 hours), so it is possible to use the device for a whole working day, in mobile mode
  • Function to set limits: This is where you can program a stability limit value. If this limit value is exceeded, the device emits an acoustic and visual signal. In this way, the measuring result does not need to be read off each time
  • Stainless steel handle with rubber covering for secure handling
  • Wide pressure plate with foam rubber surface, so that the tombstone does not get scratched when force is applied
  • Maximum force indication (Peak Hold): The device automatically keeps the maximum force displayed
  • Metal housing for durable usage in harsh environmental conditions

Standard:

  • USB data interface: To connect the balance to a printer, PC or other peripherals.
  • Analogue interface: to connect a suitable peripheral device for analogue processing of the measurements.
  • Data interface RS-232: To connect the balance to a printer, PC or network.
  • GLP/ISO record keeping of weighing data with date, time and identification-no. Only with printers from KERN.
  • Memory: Balance memory capacity, e.g. for article data, weighing data, tare weights, PLU etc.
  • Weighing units: Can be switched to e.g. nonmetric units at the touch of a key. See balance model. Please refer to KERN?s website for more details.
  • Weighing with tolerance range: Upper and lower limiting values can be pro grammed individually for e.g. dosing, sorting and portioning.
  • Peak hold function: capturing a peak value within a measuring process.
  • Push and Pull: the measuring device can capture tension and compression forces.
  • Power supply: Integrated in balance. 230V/50Hz standard EU. More standards e.g. GB, USA or AUS on request.
  • Rechargeable battery pack: Rechargeable set.
  • Package shipment: The time required for internal shipping preparations is shown in days in the pictogram.

  • ISO Calibration: The time required for ISO calibration is shown in days in the pictogram.
  • DAkkS calibration possible (DKD): The time required for DAkkS calibration is shown in days in the pictogram.
